Child (elementary school age): ¥450

Adult (junior high school age and above): 5-trip card / ¥2,500

※Children under elementary school age ride free (same number as accompanying adults).
※Above fares are one-way prices.

① Purchase of tickets
- Advance booking and online purchase (credit card payment only)
- Tickets can be purchased on the day of boarding (tickets will be sold on board when boarding. Credit cards, touch payment by transportation IC card, etc. can be used).

② Boarding Instructions
Please arrive at the pier 5 minutes before departure time.After the vessel arrives, our crew will handle check-in and boarding guidance.

※Customers with disability certificates: Select "4. Other options" in the passenger selection to access discounted fares. Please present your certificate to staff when boarding.
※Tickets are sold on a web reservation priority basis. When web reservations are full, same-day tickets will not be available.

■ Book of boarding tickets Usage Instructions
For New Purchasers:
Present reservation email and purchase your book of boarding tickets.

For Current Cardholders:
Present both reservation email and book of boarding tickets on-site.

When making web reservations, select only "Book of boarding tickets Use" under other options.Please be careful not to duplicate entries for "Adult" and "Book of boarding tickets Use."
Example: Adult → 0 people, Book of boarding tickets Use → 1 person

Select "Credit Card" as payment method to complete your ¥0 reservation without entering credit card information.

【Important Information】
・Book of boarding tickets have expiration dates. Please check the validity period printed on your card.
・Valid only for "Toyosu ⇔ Nihonbashi" route
・The company is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage of Book of boarding tickets. No refunds will be issued.
・Changes from standard fare to Book of boarding tickets on the day of travel are not permitted for advance reservations.
・One Book of boarding tickets per person only (cannot be shared among multiple passengers).

▶︎ Notes.
・Punctual departure – Please arrive with time to spare.
・Seats are Open seating.
・Weather cancellations – Services may be canceled due to rough weather or strong winds. Cancellation notifications will be sent to your registered email address.
・Cancellation deadline: 3:30 PM on the day of use. Cancellations after this time will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
・Smoking prohibited throughout the vessel.
・Outside food and drinks welcome – Please be considerate of other passengers when eating or drinking onboard.
・Restroom facilities: "Urban Launch" has one unisex restroom. "Limousine Boat" has no restroom facilities.
