TRY Commute by Boat

The "Commute by Boat" between Toyosu and Nihonbashi will finally begin! Please try this new commuting style!

Enjoy a speedy, comfortable and safe cruise on an urban cruiser. No need to worry about transferring trains or rush hour congestion. The "Commute by Boat" service is available every Tuesday through Thursday.

Enjoy a cup of coffee or use a PC on board.
*Free Wi-Fi is scheduled to be introduced and is currently under preparation.

Bringing your child along? Strollers are also welcome on board.

You can also enjoy a night cruise with a drink when the sunset and night views can be enjoyed.

Bring your bicycle.
*Bicycles can be loaded only on the "Urban Launch," up to a maximum of 4 bicycles.

Boarding fees
Adults (junior high school students and above): 500 yen
Child (primary schools student): 250 yen
Bring your bicycle: 200yen
Free of charge for children under primary schools age up to the same number of children as adults.
The above are one-way fares.

▶How to get on board

① Purchase of tickets
- Advance booking and online purchase (credit card payment only)
- Tickets can be purchased on the day of boarding (tickets will be sold on board when boarding). Credit cards, PayPay and touch payment by transportation IC card, etc. can be used).

*Web reservations are given priority and tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets will not be sold on the day of the event if capacity is reached.

② Please come directly to the respective pier. (There are onshore reception. Boat staff will guide you after the boat arrives).

③ Enjoy the cruise!

In the event of stormy weather, strong winds, etc., the cruise may be cancelled. In the event of a decision to cancel the boat on the day before, this will be announced at around 6pm the day before, and in the event of a decision to cancel the boat on the day, this will be announced after 10am to your registered email address as required.

The boat type and other details are subject to change based on the weather and tide level on the day of the cruise. (Name of boat: either Urban Launch or Limousine Boat).

Web reservations are accepted until 15:30 on the day of the scheduled embarkation.

The deadline for cancellation is 15:30 on the day of the booking. Cancellations and refunds are not possible after that time. Please note that cancellations after that time are non-refundable.

If you cannot find the relevant service when searching for a boat trip on the booking page, it is possible that the boat is fully booked.

Bicycles can only be carried on the 'Urban Launch', up to a maximum of four bicycles.
