▶ How to Board
① Purchase Your Ticket
Please purchase your ticket via advance online reservation.
If seats are available on the day of travel, tickets may also be purchased on board.

※ Payment methods: Credit card (some electronic money and QR payment options are also accepted for same-day tickets. Cash not accepted.)

② Boarding
Please arrive at the pier no later than 5 minutes before departure. After the vessel arrives, our staff will check you in and guide you to your seat.

▶ Cancellation Policy
・7 or more days before departure　　Free
・6 to 2 days before departure　　10% of fare
・1 day before departure　　30% of fare
・Day of departure　　100% of fare

▶ Important Notes
・Vessels depart on schedule. Please allow extra time to reach the pier.
・Restroom: One unisex restroom is available on board.
・Seating is unreserved (open seating). The entire vessel is non-smoking.
・Outside food is not permitted on board. Beverages may be brought on board; please be mindful of other passengers.
・Sailings may be cancelled due to severe weather or strong winds. In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified via the email address registered at the time of booking.
