Q.Does it operate every day?Days of operation differs with each route. Also services may be suspended due to bad weather etc.
Q.Where can you buy the ticket?It can be purchased through the webpage of each cruise. Also, if there are seats available on the day, you may purchase it on the spot.
Q.Can you book by phone?For details, please contact the organizer directly.
Q.Do you accept booking on the day?Generally, we only accept bookings until 18:00 the day before the service.

Q.Is it possible to cancel after the purchase?Yes, you can cancel from "comfirming/cancelling your booking" at the top of the page.However, as each cruise may differ, please confirm with the cruise organizer in advance.
Q.Is wheelchair allowed?Some cruise boats and piers can be accessed by wheelchair. As there are boats and piers with difficult access, please inquire directly to the organizer of each cruise in advance.
Q.Do you allow pets on board?Generally, only guide dogs, service dogs and hearing dogs are allowed on board.

Q.Can you take on board drinks (including alcohol) and food?Yes, but please take your rubbish with you when you get off.

Q.Can you take on board large luggage including carry bags?One luggage with your personal belongings is available for each person. However, the total length of height, width and depth must not be more than 115cm and must be less than 10kg.

Q.Can you take your bicycle on board?Yes, if it is in a carry bag. But only when space is available on board. There are boats and piers that may not be able to accommodate them, so please contact the following by email if need be.
Q.Are there toilets on board?Yes, on every boat.
Q. Can you smoke on board?No, it is non-smoking.
Q. Are there discounts?No, we don't have discounts for groups and disabled persons etc.
Q. Can you take strollers on board?Yes, by folding it.
Q. Can a preschool child go on board? Do you have to purchase a ticket even if a seat is not required?By purchasing a ticket a seat will be allocated even for a preschool child. Please understand that for preschool children without a ticket, boarding may not be allowed due to the capacity of the boat.
